How I've helped others transform, shred body fat for good and tone up:

Question 1: Will I have time to fit this into my life?

All I need to get results is 3-key training days per week, of 45-50 Minutes. That's it, just under 3 hours per week.

Some girls later down the line ask for the 4 and 5-day version but most stick to our famous Sculpt Workouts 3 x per week and hit 8-10k steps on the other days with kids, family or even walking the dog. It works!

Question 2: Do I have to follow a crazy restrictive diet?

Absolutely not! My pet hate is PT's putting their clients on rabbit food diets, it doesn't need to be like that. We can be successful while eating out 1-2 x per week, not feeling like you need to be a professional chef and even with a meal deal here and there when needed.

Question 3: Can I do this from home if I can't go to the gym?

Yes you can in short. However we are big on Strength so try to ensure you have a single pair of Dumbbells's or a Kettlebell at least as weight and resistance matters, and I'd recommend some cheap bands for home too!
